Kent County Arts Council is participating in the Smithsonian’s Museum on Main Street project “The Way We Worked” which has traveled to Kent County. In addition to the exhibit at Sumner Hall on display April 1 to May 20, 2017, many groups and individuals are involved in related exhibits and productions.
Kent County residents recorded poems that address the Museum on Main Street topic of WORK. In addition to the recordings found on the Kent County Arts Council site, each poem is scheduled for broadcasting from local radio stations: WCTR (1530 A.M.) and WKHS (90.5 F.M.) Steve Payne at Sundown Studios in Rock Hall is engineer, and Robert Earl Price is producer of the project.
